Where does the art on the products come from?
All art is drawn & designed by the shop owner, Emily Lang.
Where do you ship?
We're located in the Mid-Ohio Valley and currently ship to the US + Canada only.
At this time, we are not open to all International orders yet; we're currently working on ways to accommodate our international customers. If you would like to ship to another country, please inquire by email at thelittleriverrat@yahoo.com before placing an order.
When will my order arrive?
Orders are shipped from Marietta, Ohio.
Our fulfillment time is between 3-7 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as your order is shipped out.
After receiving your "shipped" status email, please allow 1-2 weeks if you are ordering from the US, about 2-3 weeks if you are ordering from Canada, or UP TO 3 months if you are ordering internationally, depending on where you live.
If you chose the sticker mail shipping option, you will receive a shipping confirmation but no tracking number. Standard domestic (USA) mail can take approximately 3-5 days, but it can take as long as two weeks. International shipping times vary between 2 weeks to a month.
Please understand that once The Little River Rat ships your package it is in the hands of the post office and we no longer have control over it.
My order hasn't arrived/was misdelivered? What can I do?
Please check the status of your parcel VIA the tracking number. There are times when the tracking is not accurate or up to date.
You can also contact your local post office for more information. If all else fails, please contact us to try to look into your order as best we can.
If you are outside the United States, check to see if you have any fees from customs holding your package.
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. The Little River Rat is not responsible for delays due to customs. Please make sure your country is accepting packages from the US.
If you are ordering from the EU, please note that you may be charged VAT tax on your order when it reaches customs.
If you do not pay the fees, your order will be returned to us and you will be refunded, MINUS the original shipping cost.
I put in the wrong shipping address!
Please contact us as soon as possible at thelittleriverrat@yahoo.com with your order number in the subject line.
Please note that if you have already received your shipping confirmation, and your order has been shipped, it may not be possible for us to intercept the package. If you require a change of address once an order has shipped, you may be responsible for any carrier fees for the change of address.
Missing item from order!
We're so sorry! Shoot us an email at thelittleriverrat@yahoo.com with your order number in the subject line and what you are missing from your order.
You MUST email us within 20 days of receiving the parcel.
The order is damaged!
We take great care in packaging our items; however once it's shipped, it's in the hands of the post.
Please send us an email at thelittleriverrat@yahoo.com with your order number in the subject line and photos of the damaged products. We will work on getting you a replacement.

Product Sizing & Coloring
All products will have dimensions and measurements in the description.
Image colors may vary from monitor to monitor. We do our best to photograph our products as true to the physical items as possible!
Product Care
Stickers
Stickers are waterproof/weatherproof unless otherwise noted in their descriptions.
Water-resistant stickers are fine with small amounts of water, but will not last in the dishwasher. Sometimes, when stickers are still on their backing sheet and are caught in water, the back will curl. The sticker is fine as soon as you take it off the backing.
UV-resistant means it can last outdoors longer without fading
The durability of stickers varies due to different manufacturers.
All stickers are best placed on smooth surfaces.
Thoroughly clean and dry the area you are applying stickers to for the best results. We will NOT replace a sticker due to poor application.
Hair Claws
Hair claws MAY not be suitable for use in chlorine water due to possible discoloration!
Hair claws MAY not be suitable to wear when in direct sunlight for more than 4 hours due to discoloration!
Prints
Smaller prints will be shipped in flat cardboard envelopes or a small box so that they do not bend.
Larger prints will be shipped in cardboard tubes and will naturally be curled once delivered.
If a print is curled a bit when receiving it please place on a clean flat surface, cover it with clean sheets of paper, and put thick books on top of it for about a day to fix it.
Enamel Pins
Pins that are titled "A-Grade" are enamel pins that barely have any noticeable imperfections or none at all.
Pins that are titled "B-Grade" are enamel pins that have imperfections and are noticeable to the naked eye, such as overfilled ename, specks or streaks in the enamel, incorrectly colored enamel, etc.
Ita Bags (Retired Item)
During 2022 - 2023, The Little River Rat ran a Kickstarter for "The Rat Clown Ita Bag" when known as Emcatlang LLC. All bags have since been sold. If one has purchased a bag, it does not qualify for a return or exchange under any of these circumstances:
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or accidents
- Modifications or alterations to the product
- Loss or theft of the product
Commissions/Collabs/Sponsored Content
Currently, we do not offer commissions due to having a full-time job during the weekdays. This can always change and when it does, we will update this page with our commission page link!
As for Collabs and sponsored content, we love doing projects that relate to who we are as a business and person! But let's make sure we're a good fit! Send us a detailed email with what you have in mind and we will tell you what we think!

What do you use to draw?
Currently, I use a Wacom Cintiq and Clip paint studio
Can I get a tattoo of your art?
Yes! But please remember that I'm the artist, and sometimes other artists (tattoo ones) may not like tattooing others' art on others without the original person's permission!
If you wish to get a tattoo of my art, please purchase a tattoo ticket on my website.
When purchasing a "Tattoo Ticket" please realize it is NOT for a commission/custom art, but gives you permission to get the piece you choose tattooed.
Keep in mind that not all styles are suitable for tattooing, especially on an artist-by-artist basis, so make sure whoever is doing your tattoo can do what you and them both like!
I can always send you a high-quality version of the piece you like (if I'm able to) upon request if you shoot me an email or a message on socials.

Did you go to school? Is this your full-time job?
I graduated from the Savannah College of Art and Design in 2021 with a BFA in Animation and a minor in storyboarding.
This is currently not my full-time job, but someday I hope it will be. I currently do conventions, markets, and fairs during weekends I'm available throughout the year.
I currently work full-time as a Marketing Coordinator. Because of this, please give me time and grace when ordering anything from me, emailing, or messaging me. I work up to 40 Hours a week plus conventions I do on the weekend.
